We manufacture state-of-the-art 'Automated Air-less Spray Paint Booths'. Our Buffing cum Manual
painting machines are widely used in the gas industries for removal of exterior rust and surface cleaning of
cylinders. Our machines are built to handle cylinders of various sizes, with or without valves.
Salient features:
• Cylinder Turn table: lintegrated with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), the system allows
operator to vary the rotational speed of the turn table from minimum to the maximum rated RPM.
• Cylinder sleeve: Sleeve with a ball bearing is provided to hold the cylinder in vertical position.
This sleeve placed on the neck ring of the cylinder runs on a guide rail and is adjustable for
different cylinder heights.
• Scraping arm: Horizontal scraping arm has a set of spring loaded wire brushes driven by suitable
capacity motors.
• Door interlock: scraping arm is provided for the brush-arm mechanism It will halt the rotation of
the brushes, whenever booth door is opened.
• Vertical swing arm: Integrated with the VFD & Timer: the operator can vary the respective
parameters of the Vertical swing arm to ensure required level of painting finish or the surface
smoothness of the cylinders.
• Bi directional: Control panel of the machine has a provision to select clockwise or
antilockwise direction of the 'Cylinder Turn table'.
• Dust extraction unit: This is provided for scraping unit ensures clean and tidy test shop
environment.
