CYLINDER INVERTER SYSTEM

We at SONCE have developed the cylinder Inverter systems with at most care. The product has been functioning well over years and has proven utility. We build 'Cylinder Inverter systems' to invert 2, 4 or 6 cylinders at once. Our cylinder inverter systems can handle cylinders of diameters 4" - 14" and heights up to 67". We can manufacture even for larger sized cylinders, upon request.

Salient features:
VFD: Integrated with Variable Frequency Drive the system delivers, smooth & variable tilt speed.
Gear box: System is fitted with worm-gear motor which provides a pause, at any desired degree of tilt.
Water expelling mechanism: Provided with Pressurised water expelling for fast evacuation of water from the inverted cylinder.
Limit switch: Degree of tilt is adjustable with the help of limit switch. It adds flexibility in the system to precisely avoid splashing of the water expelled during cylinder invert operation.
Clamping device: Cylinder clamping is provided with an anti-fall locking facility, which ensures cylinders are intact even In case of air supply failure or hose burst during the invert operation.
Rubber pad: cylinder-vise with rubber padding enhances grip and also protects the cylinders.
Support structure: Compact and rugged with grouting facility which ensures safety.
Machine Foot area & height: (66"Wx36"B) and 150"H respectively.
