CYLINDER VALVING & DEVALVING MACHINE

We have the expertise in manufacturing and supply of excellent quality Valving & Devolving machines. These machines are widely used to remove & insert valves in seamless gas cylinders, welded gas cylinders and fire extinguishers. Also, we build customized Valving & Devolving machines to meet customer's specific requirements.

We have two versions of Valving & Devolving machines:
1.Manual Torque setting with Mechanized; Valving / Devolving- Cutoff-system
2.PLC & HMI based, Digital Torque setting with Auto; Valving / Devolving- Cutoff-system

Salient features:
• Telescopic Universal joint shaft: It is Counter-balanced and height adjustable for different types of cylinders from 650 mm to 1800 mm.
• Torque: Machine has Adjustable torque Control with override feature.
• Valve wrench: Provided with 6 spanner jaw sets with +1mm tolerance.
• Clamping device: Pneumatically operated Rubber or Belt-vise ensures firm gripping of cylinders.
• Operation Mode: Manual inching operation and Auto torque cutoff facility for valving is provided.
• Gearbox: Noiseless and efficientgearbox provided with adjustable Slip-Joint Wrench not only enables smooth turning but also decreases the chances of shearing of valves.
• Support structure: Compact and rugged with grouting facility which ensures safety.
• Machine Footarea &height: (66"W x 36"B) and (150"H)respectively.
