CYLINDER DRYING UNIT

Designed for most robust and fast drying of "Full size" industrial gas Cylinders in the upright position. Also, we manufacture inverted & horizontal dying units for small cylinders.

Salient features:
• Blower: 1 to 2HP with 1 phase/3phase electric motor conforming to IS standard. (Optional: USA/EU voltage standard)
• Heat exchanger: Capacity 5 to 9kw; consisting an array of 1kw stainless steel heating elements
• Drying Outlets: 5 to 10 numbers for full size cylinders, up to 60" tall.
• Extension pipes: Provided with “Quick connectors" for fastinsertion & detachment with drying outlets
• Safety interlocks: If Bloweris switched off, automatically 'Heat exchanger' shuts down. Maximum drying air temperature limit-can be set as desired (e.g. 90°C)
• Capacity: Unit can dry up to 220CFT steel tank in 15 minutes (depending upon ambient temp.)
• Support structure: Compact and rugged with grouting facility which ensures safety.
• Unit Foot area & height:(158"L x 45"B) and (86"H) respectively.
