Sonce manufactures the latest 'Vertical Loading type'
Cylinder roller mixer' for bulk cylinders. In this unit a
single operator can easily load or unload the cylinders on to
the roller frame in vertical position. Then cylinders
are tilted to 'Horizontal rolling position'. The gas mixing is
done by rolling the cylinders for the necessary time
durations.
Our 'CYLINDER ROLLER MIXER UNIT' can roll the cylinders
of the following dimensions:
length 900 mm up to 1800 mm and Dia 150mm up to
300mm mm.
Note: Maximum gross weight of each cylinder can be up to
100 kgs.
We supply the economical 'Horizontal Loading type'.
CYLINDER ROLLER MIXER UNIT for small cylinders:
Based on the customer requirements, we customise the
machines for the required cylinder size and quantities.
Salient features:
• Auto shut-off: Unit is provided with 'Roller Auto
shut-off' to stop rolling, once the gas-mixing
cycle time is complete.
• Bi directional:Control panel of the unit has a
provision to select clock-wise or anticlock-wise
cylinder rotation for gas mixing.
Locking-bar: Itis provided for cylinders, to ensure
safety of operating personnel & equipment.
• VFD: Integrated with Variable Frequency Drive, the.
system allows operator to vary the roller speed from
min to max rated RPM.
• Gear motor: Unit is fitted with a gear motor, which
provides a maximum roller speed up to 100 RPM.
• PU rollers: Rollers with bearing assembly gives a
smooth and long lasting roll for the cylinders
• Anti-Rapid fall protection: Tilt mechanism is
provided with 'Anti-Rapid Fall protection' for the
rolling bed, to guard in case of air supply failure or
hoseburst.
• Machine Foot area &height: (70"WX78"B) and (31"H)
respectively.
